What happens next?
Once you have Probate, all the doors are unlocked. You can deal with the estate as if it were your own — selling property, closing accounts, and distributing to beneficiaries. It can still feel overwhelming, which is why we give every client a free estate administration guide explaining each step. Or if you'd prefer, we can handle the administration for you as a separate service.
