History
National Probate and Estates Group was founded by Australian Wills and Estates Specialist Lawyers and computer-software industry professionals, with multi-jurisdictional experience handling thousands of Probate applications, Administration applications, as well as challenging and defending estates.
We understand that the challenges our clients face may only occur once or twice in their lives. We have therefore focused heavily on building a high quality customer experience, that demystifies the probate process and gives the power to you, the executor.
Our mission is: To give control, clarity and peace of mind to everyday people at a difficult time in their lives.
